Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small property.

Cancellation Terms

  • 7 days before check-in: Full refund, less any transaction charges.
  • 3-5 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund. Full booking amount is forfeited.
  • No-show: Full booking amount is forfeited.

Date Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days prior to the original check-in date.

Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we will work with guests to offer rescheduling or credit notes at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation at Levitate at Ramgarh, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payments

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as communicated at time of booking.
  • Balance payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged at additional charge.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all adult guests.

Guest Conduct

  • Levitate is committed to tranquillity. Guests are expected to be mindful of noise during evening and morning hours.
  • Levitate is pet-friendly. Guests with pets are responsible for their care and any damage caused.
  • Damage to property caused by guests will be charged at cost.

Liability

Levitate at Ramgarh is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or unforeseen events during your stay.
